Liza Woon Yin Yin has been an integral part of the Touch ‘n Go family since 15 August 2024, when she joined as Deputy Chief Operating Officer. With her exceptional leadership and strategic vision, Liza takes on the role of Chief Operating Officer, effective 1 December 2024. In her role, Liza oversees the core operational framework, ensuring the efficient transformation of strategic goals into premium services for B2C, B2B, and B2G clients. She leads the transformation of the Operations Division, championing cultural shifts while prioritising enhanced service delivery, superior customer experiences, and streamlined operational processes. Under her leadership, these initiatives not only drive cost efficiency and innovation but also contribute significantly to Touch ‘n Go’s growth and success in the competitive landscape.

A seasoned professional with over 17 years of extensive experience, Liza brings expertise in operations management, customer experience, process optimisation, and automation across the financial services and insurance industries. Renowned for her ability to deliver transformative solutions, she has consistently elevated organisational efficiency while prioritising customer-centric innovation.

Before joining Touch 'n Go, Liza brought her expertise to leadership roles at prominent organisations including Tune Protect Group, AXA, UOB, and Alliance Bank Malaysia. At Tune Protect, she spearheaded transformative initiatives that transformed operations, achieving an impressive 99% paperless process adoption and delivering substantial cost savings. Liza’s innovative approach extended to both Tune Protect and AXA, where she successfully implemented over 100 robotic process automations, streamlining millions of transactions to drive unprecedented productivity and efficiency. Her forward-thinking leadership consistently delivered impactful results, setting new benchmarks for operational excellence. Meanwhile, at UOB and Alliance Bank, she designed award-winning customer engagement programs, optimised CRM systems, and successfully managed high-net-worth client portfolios, driving business growth and customer retention.

She is a certified Scrum Master and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, her ability to lead cross-functional teams, deliver measurable results, and drive organisational transformation has solidified her reputation as an impactful leader. Her commitment to operational excellence and customer-focused innovation positions her as a key force in Touch 'n Go's continued success and growth.
