TNG Digital Chief Financial Officer
Michael Siow joined TNG Digital in March 2023 as Chief Financial Officer. He has considerable knowledge in the financial management of growth-oriented multinational companies that operate in a highly regulated environment.
Prior to joining TNG Digital, Michael was the CFO of several tech start-up companies and a family office based in Hong Kong between 2017 to 2023. Between 2013 and 2017, Michael was the Group Financial Controller of Vesuvius plc, a FTSE 250 listed multinational company based in London after spending two years from 2011 to 2013 as the Group Financial Controller of Emery Oleocemicals, a JV between Sime Darby and PTT Global Chemical. He started his professional career with Royal Dutch Shell and charted 15 years of international working experience between 1996 and 2011 holding several senior finance executive roles based in Malaysia, Nigeria and Hong Kong. He has also served as a Non-Executive Director and chaired the Finance Committee of a progressive non-profit international school in Hong Kong between 2020 to 2023.
Michael studied Accounting and Finance at The University of Sheffield, United Kingdom, and holds an Executive MBA from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. He is also a Fellow ACCA (FCCA) member and Chartered Accountant Malaysia, C.A.(M).
