Independent Non-Executive Director
Reza Ghazali was appointed as Independent Non-Executive Director of Touch ‘n Go Digital on 30 August 2023.
He was a Client Partner, Head of Asia Pacific & Head of Board Services – ASEAN at Pedersen & Partners Kuala Lumpur. Mr. Reza brings more than 30+ years of experience in Board Advisory, Senior Executive Search, Executive Leadership Assessment and Business Consulting to multinationals and local conglomerates with a focus on Government Linked Companies (GLCs) across various industry sectors such as Technology, Industrial, Financial Services, Healthcare and Professional Advisory.
Prior to joining Pedersen & Partners, he was the Office Managing Director for a leading international executive search firm in Malaysia and previously with Accenture as a Senior Consultant in the Change Management and Strategic Services Practice. These mandates enabled him to gain experience in strategic change management, business process re-engineering, project management, business and technology consulting, organisation restructuring, and training.
In early 2005, Mr. Reza was made Independent Non-Executive Director for a then Mesdaq-listed IT services company, Tricubes Berhad. He was later made Independent Non-Executive Director for the exclusive hotel chain of Shangri-La Malaysia Berhad. He is a member of the exclusive Institute of Corporate Directors Malaysia and KL Business Club. He was also honored with the rank of Major in the Malaysian Territorial Army by the Malaysian Armed Forces.
Mr. Reza received his early education in Switzerland, earning a double Diploma from the Hotel & Tourism School, Les Roches at Bluche-Sur-Sierre. He also holds a B.A. in Economics from Northern Illinois University in the United States.
